The man with a full name Warren Edward Buffett is an American investor, businessman, and philantropist. He used value investing philosophy which bring him become a billionaire and as one of the world's greatest stockmarket investor. His mentor about investing philosophy is Ben Graham. As a businessman, he is the CEO and the largest shareholder of Berkshire Hathaway. As the CEO, his annual salary was only US$ 100.000. He only wants to be paid smaller than executives officer in other big company because maybe he think that a good company leader must be unselfish, and must give a priority to company's interest, not only think about high salary for himself. This man who born in Omaha is also a well-known philanthropist who announced a plan to give his fortune to charity. One of that is he gave approximately 10 million Berkshire Hathaway class B shares to the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation (worth US$ 31 billion in that time).
Although he is a billionaire and the richest in the world, The Oracle of Omaha is a frugal man. He only has one car while other billionaires have many luxurious cars. That is Cadillac DTS 2006.
